Insurance Fee
The annual insurance fee for the English Martial Arts Academy is £30. This is compulsory and provides you with the insurance you need to train at any of our clubs. Our insurance is provided by the British Federation for Historical Swordplay of whom we are a member group. As well as proof of this you will also receive a gradings record book in which you can record details of the E.M.A.A. training courses attended as well as holding a record of gradings you have successfully undertaken. As a registered member of the English Martial Arts Academy you will be entitled to a range of discounts on our Special Events.
Monthly Subs
As well as your Academy membership you must pay a monthly fee to train at the club of your choice. There are a number of options for doing this.
If you only wish to train in one venue then the cost is £30 per calendar month. This is due on the 1st of the month and if you do not pay then you do not train. If you wish to train at more than one venue then the price is £45 per month. This entitles to train at as many sessions as you wish within that month at any, or all, of our venues.

Save money on your subs
If you want to save money then you may pay for your subs annualy in one lump sum. This not only makes it cheaper for you but if you choose to do this we will include the annual membership fee.
