The English Martial Arts Academy trains on Monday evenings at The Spectrum Leisure Complex between 7pm and 8.30pm. We're in Arena A in the curtained area on the other side of the badminton courts.
If you want to come along you are more than welcome, we'd love to see you!
Your first session is free and we'll provide you with all the equipment you need.
