Science Diet – An Update

All numbers represent KCal unless otherwise stated.
Ei – Eo = F
Mean Ei per day = 1287.5
Eo per day = 2500
Therefore mean F = -1212.5
Diet duration =4 days so far.
F = -4850
Or in real terms a weight loss of 5lbs.
I think a celebratory glass of sugar-free beverage is in order.
Dieting is a piece of cake.
