Due to popular demand we are happy to announce a specialist, one-day event in Bartitsu with one of the world's most highly regarded Bartitsu Instructors
Spend the day learning the Martial Art of Sherlock Holmes. Covering Striking, Grappling, and Stick Fighting this Edwardian system was the first "Mixed Martial Art" ever taught.
James Marwood
James Marwood has been involved in martial arts since childhood. For the past 15 years he has focused on practical modern applications, geared towards effective street self defence. He has studied European and eastern arts including boxing, Jujitsu and military combatives, and has been an invited instructor at a large number of international events. James is a member of the Historical European Martial Arts Coalition, the Bartitsu Society and the British Federation for Historical Swordplay.

This event will be held at The Edge Sports Centre in Haslemere Surrey.
The Edge is a great venue with ample parking and a fantastic range of facilities, changing rooms and showers are available to attendees. The sessions will be held in the main hall.

Registration begins at 09:30, training starts strictly at 10:00 and continues until 16:00 with a short break between each session.
The cost for this event is £45 which includes tuition fees, use of all necessary weapons and also safety equipment.
